Banda Aceh – Menindaklanjuti program 100 hari kerja Kapolri dan meningkatkan pelayanan untuk masyarakat, Polda Aceh melalui Polres Lhokseumawe menyiapkan pelayanan dan fasilitas khusus bagi difabel yang akan melakukan pengurusan administrasi kendaraan bermotor, baik di Samsat maupun di Satpas SIM.
Kapolda Aceh Irjen Pol Drs. Wahyu Widada, M. Phil melalui Kapolres Lhokseumawe AKBP Eko Hartanto, S. I. K., M. H didampingi Kabid Humas Polda Aceh Kombes Pol Winardy, S. H., S. I. K., M. Si mengatakan, penambahan pelayanan khusus difabel tersebut dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Dengan adanya pelayan tersebut lanjut Wahyu Widada, penyandang disabilitas nantinya bisa lebih nyaman dan aman ketika melakukan pengurusan administrasi kendaraan bermotornya.
“Penambahan pelayanan khusus untuk difabel tersebut seperti, Toliet khusus, Area tunggu, tempat parkiran, petunjuk arah, loket khusus, petugas pelayanan khusus, aksesbilitas khusus, dan tersedianya rursi roda,” terang Kapolda Aceh, Rabu (17/02/2021).
Saat ini tambahnya, selain Polres Lhokseumawe, pelayanan dan fasilitas khusus difabel yang sudah tersedia adalah di Polres Pidie, Polres Bireun, dan Polres Aceh Timur.
“Untuk polres-polres lain, paling lambat 21 Februari 2021 dipastikan pelayanan khusus difabel sudah tersedia di semua Polres dalam wilkum Polda Aceh,” pungkasnya. Red.
